Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Impulse Compounds (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use impulsecompounds.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to the Site and to orders placed through it.
1. Information We Collect
You give us: name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, account credentials, your research context and research-use acknowledgement, and the contents of messages you send us.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
From our processors: order and payment confirmation details. We never see or store your full card number — card data is collected and processed directly by our payment providers.
Attestation records: we log the age and qualified-researcher attestations you make at site entry, at account creation, and before checkout, together with a timestamp, because we are required to be able to evidence them.
2. How We Use It
- To process, fulfil, and ship your orders, and to handle returns and support requests
- To create and maintain your account and verify eligibility to purchase
- To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notices, account notices
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful use of the Site
- To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
- To send marketing email, only where you have opted in — unsubscribe any time via the link in each message
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to operate the business, each bound to use it only for that purpose: payment processors, shipping and fulfilment providers, email delivery providers, and website hosting and analytics providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, and to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function (session, cart, authentication, and your recorded site-entry attestation), and analytics cookies that help us understand usage. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Site from working.
5. Data Retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Attestation records are retained for the same period as the related order. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise a right, email support@impulsecompounds.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
8. Children
The Site is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be announced on the Site.
