Where We Ship

Impulse Compounds ships to destinations within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.

Rates

$10 flat rate on all orders
Free shipping on orders over $300

The free-shipping threshold is assessed on the order subtotal after any discount has been applied.

Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM MT on a business day typically ship the same day; orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. An order may take longer if a product is awaiting lot release or if we need to confirm details with you.

Transit Time

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather or carrier service disruptions.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also listed under My Account › Orders. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us.

Storage on Arrival

Products ship as lyophilized powder and are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit. On receipt, store as stated on the product page and the Certificate of Analysis for the lot.

Address Accuracy

Enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy for how we handle it, and contact us at support@impulsecompounds.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
