These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of impulsecompounds.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Impulse Compounds (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are supplied strictly as analytical reference materials for in vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not for human or animal consumption, and they are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any purpose other than in vitro laboratory research.

These statements and products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Eligibility and Buyer Attestation

To access the Site and place an order you must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, or an authorized purchasing agent for a research institution, acting within the scope of legitimate laboratory research. Before entering the Site you are required to affirm both facts. Before an order can be placed you must hold an account on which a research context and a research-use acknowledgement have been recorded.

We record each attestation with a timestamp. Submitting a false attestation is a material breach of these Terms and voids any order placed on the basis of it.

3. Handling and Buyer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased, and for compliance with every federal, state, and local law and institutional policy that applies to you. You must have the facilities, training, and licences appropriate to handle research chemicals. You assume all risk arising from your use of the products.

You agree not to resell, repackage, or redistribute any product for human or animal use, and not to represent any product as fit for such use.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and to product availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be intended for human or animal use. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but do not warrant that any description, price, or other content is error-free, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because these are research chemicals whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, products are generally not returnable. Our obligations for damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes and describe the specific lot tested. They do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any purpose and do not authorise any use outside in vitro laboratory research.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and compilations — are owned by Impulse Compounds or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@impulsecompounds.com of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate an account that we believe has breached these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPULSE COMPOUNDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its research-use-only designation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impulse Compounds and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or any product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
